Only few days left until UbuCon Asia this year in Kathmandu, Nepal! Ready to join us in St. Xavier’s College? Here’s couple of stuff you would want to check before departing from your home.
Check your registration once again
Be sure that you have received an registration confirmation email from eventbrite(noreply@order.eventbrite.com). You should be able to find a ticket pdf file attached on the email. Please have that downloaded on your phone as it includes to QR code that you will need to present during the check-in. If you registered, but still didn’t got a confirmation mail from noreply@order.eventbrite.com, regardless on what platform you used to register, please reach out us at contact@ubucon.asia along your registeration information (such as the platform you used, what information you have entered).
Please also note that registration is already closed since monday (August 24th), and we are also no longer accepting any request for canceling your registration as well as refund. In case you can’t attend the event due to your unexpected matters, you may consider transfering your ticket to someone else (such as your friend) instead.

While we belive you are already prepared for the travel, You might want to check out visas and immigrations information here as well as how you can reach the city and the venue.

Note that conference dinner this year is for invited guests only, and day trip on September 1st requires separate on-site paid registration.
