Check your registration once again

Be sure that you have received an registration confirmation email from eventbrite(noreply@order.eventbrite.com). You should be able to find a ticket pdf file attached on the email. Please have that downloaded on your phone as it includes to QR code that you will need to present during the check-in. If you registered, but still didn’t got a confirmation mail from noreply@order.eventbrite.com, regardless on what platform you used to register, please reach out us at contact@ubucon.asia along your registeration information (such as the platform you used, what information you have entered).

This time, We will be also providing booth not only for business who bought sponsorship package that includes booth benefit or booth only package, but also for FOSS community and projects as complimentary.

By running a booth for your FOSS community or projects, You will be able to intereact with conference participants closely to exhibit and promote your work.

Every year, when we are organizing UbuCon Asia, We usually try to provide some travel grant to select beneficiery. Of course, We do also acceptes applications this year. We’re closing travel grant applications a bit earlier this year. The deadline is April 28th. If you plan to attend UbuCon Asia this year, but need travel funding support from the committee as you can’t really raise travel funding by yourself or through your employer, college or other organizations, please don’t forget to apply on-time.
